Hello Cougar Football Fan!
On August 1, 2011, the Pulaski County Touchdown Club will kick off its regular weekly meetings. The TD Club would like to extend an invitation for you to join us and become a part of an organization assured to be a rewarding experience. Our meetings will be every Monday evening at 7PM under the pines at the field house. You will see a very loyal, hardworking group of members that work tirelessly to help fund projects to support the football team. Yearly dues are just $ 50.00. With your donation, you will receive a custom embroidered TD Club cap and custom designer TD Club t-shirt. We occasionally offer custom golf shirts and other clothing for an additional charge at Club cost. Our caps and clothing are exclusive for our members and not offered to the general public. If you decide to regularly help out on Club projects, these items sometimes will be provided at no charge to you.
The Touchdown Club works year round to provide benefits for your son. We provide all game uniforms, as well as provide equipment to outfit each player of the Pulaski County Cougar Football Program. Safety equipment, such as $300 knee braces are also provided for each player requiring one. We outfit the team with workout shirts in the off season weight training and conditioning program, as well as provide the game attire for the coaching staff. The team is supplied with Gatorade products and the Club makes sure that the entire team is fed on numerous occasions. The Club also has assisted in the expansion of Dobson Stadium, provided sideline benches, and regularly update and repair weightlifting equipment. The TD Club is the sponsor of the yearly funding of the football banquet. We have funded an expensive remodeling of the coaches conference room that included state of the art projection and sound equipment for game film review, specialized football video editing equipment for game film break down and a new field camera. We also purchased a state of the art indoor blocking machine as well as secured the donation of a broadcast quality video camera for the press box. The TD Club started its own website to promote the club and foremost our football team and bring you important first accurate information through our close working relationship with the football coaching staff. The response to Rick Watson’s Corner on our website was tremendous and Rick will be back for this coming season.
The Cougar TD Club is an essential financial support tool for the football program and we are very proud to be an important part of Cougar Football. We are just a bunch of guys that love Cougar Football and find it very rewarding to help our football players in any way we can.
